Rothbury Estate £30m Purchase: Wildlife Trusts Secure Northumberland Moorland for Nature

The Rothbury Estate in Northumberland has been bought for nature after The Wildlife Trusts announced on Friday, 30 October 2026 that they had raised £30 million to purchase the whole estate.
